The Word Order is composed of two colorful rays of light: the orange Developing Ray and the blue Direct Ray. Traits in this order help facilitate change through restructuring. The orange ray consists of growth and development, while the blue is the linking ray connecting heaven/energy with earth/matter. The blue ray's traits of energy are reflection and redistribution, and of matter the traits are increase and service. Your goal is to keep your traits in balance and out of excess (out of balance).

Developing Ray Growth & Development The orange triangle pointing upward towards the "heavens," shows the dynamics of inspiring growth. With the orange Developing Ray, your goal is helping others progress. This ray inspires and heals. You can be a leader who motivates people to rally to a cause. How do you do it? By believing that people have the ability to handle the task. Before you know it, they are right there -- participating and making a difference. There are few with orange rays, but their presence is strongly felt. You revive and restore others to a heightened state closer to the truths of "heaven".	Direct Ray Reflect, Redistribute, Increase & Service The blue triangles coming together, like an hourglass, show the measuring dynamics linking "heaven" with earth. The blue Direct Ray has four major characteristics, all the other rays have two. The blue Direct ray is the link between spiritual (energy) and grounding assistance (matter) with two traits in each area. Excess: Growth in excess: Your raised self-focus decreases the goal of contribution to others by placing most emphasis on your self-recognition. Development in excess: You can ignite a fervor that will intensely burn yourself and victimize others with endless causes. When you have a trait from the orange ray, you can nourish and renew people's faith in themselves so they can better achieve their goals. Show them they can reach for more and all are capable of greatness. Assist others in a forward, upward climb toward achievement.	Excess: Energy in excess: Your critical tongue knows no boundries and can lead to a habitual condescending attitude. Matter in excess: Your continual giving can lead to unhealthy dependence by others and poor self-focus that can affect the welfare of you and your loved ones. Do not become someone whose meddling mannerisms create resentful feelings in the family or workplace. This blue ray is one of measure - striving for the best balance between giving and taking away, producing a prized recipe of excellence.
